Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the nandake app ("nandake", "we") handles your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Your memos stay on your device

The memos you create — their text and any photos you attach — are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, view, or have access to your memo content.

Permissions

nandake requests camera and photo library access only when you choose to attach a background to a memo. The selected photo is saved on your device and used solely as a background. You can change these permissions anytime in your device Settings.

Analytics & crash reporting

To understand usage and fix problems, we use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which collect limited, pseudonymous diagnostics:

• app events (e.g. that a memo was created, completed, or deferred — never its content);
• screens viewed; device type, OS version, language, app version;
• crash logs and a per-installation identifier.

This does not include your memo content and is processed by Google per its Privacy Policy. We use it only in aggregate to improve nandake.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show third-party ads.
• We do not store your memo content on our servers.

Retention & deletion

Your memos remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all locally stored memos and photos. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google per their default policies.

Children

nandake is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, if optional account and sharing features are added later). Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.

本ポリシーは、nandake（以下「本アプリ」「当方」）がお客様の情報をどのように扱うかを 説明します。本アプリのご利用をもって、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

メモは端末内に保存されます

作成したメモ（テキストおよび添付した写真）は、お客様の端末内にローカル保存されます。 当方がメモの内容をアップロード・閲覧・取得することはありません。

権限について

本アプリは、メモに背景を添付する場合にのみカメラと写真へのアクセスを 求めます。選んだ写真は端末内に保存され、背景としてのみ使用されます。権限は端末の設定でいつでも変更できます。

分析とクラッシュレポート

利用状況の把握と不具合の修正のため、Google Firebase Analytics と Firebase Crashlytics を使用し、限定的かつ仮名化された診断情報を収集します：

• アプリ内イベント（例：メモの作成・完了・あとで送り。内容そのものは含みません）
• 表示した画面、端末の種類・OS バージョン・言語・アプリバージョン
• クラッシュログおよびインストールごとの識別子

これらにメモの内容は含まれず、Google の プライバシーポリシー に従って処理されます。当方は本アプリ改善のために統計的にのみ利用します。

当方が行わないこと

• 個人情報を販売しません。
• 第三者の広告を表示しません。
• メモの内容を当方のサーバーに保存しません。

保存期間と削除

メモは、削除またはアプリのアンインストールを行うまで端末内に保持されます。アンインストールにより ローカル保存のメモと写真はすべて削除されます。分析・クラッシュデータは Google の既定方針に従って保持されます。

お子様について

本アプリは 13 歳未満（またはお住まいの国で定められた最低年齢未満）のお子様を対象としておらず、 意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

変更について

アプリの進化に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります（例：将来的に任意のアカウント・共有機能を追加する場合）。 重要な変更は更新日とともにここに反映します。

메모는 기기에 저장됩니다

권한

앱은 메모에 배경을 첨부할 때만 카메라와 사진 접근을 요청합니다. 선택한 사진은 기기에 저장되어 배경으로만 사용됩니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.

분석 및 충돌 보고

사용 현황 파악과 문제 해결을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics와 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용하며, 제한적이고 가명화된 진단 정보를 수집합니다:

하지 않는 것

• 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
• 제3자 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
• 메모 내용을 저희 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

보관 및 삭제

메모는 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남아 있습니다. 제거하면 로컬에 저장된 모든 메모와 사진이 삭제됩니다. 분석·충돌 데이터는 Google의 기본 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.

아동

앱은 만 13세 미만(또는 거주 국가의 해당 최소 연령 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

변경

앱이 발전함에 따라 본 방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다(예: 향후 선택적 계정·공유 기능 추가 시). 중요한 변경은 갱신 날짜와 함께 여기에 반영됩니다.
